With over 20 years’ experience of working in a number of senior roles across global finance (Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, RBS/NatWest Markets and Barclays) and an ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, I have a deep knowledge and understanding of the need to actively provide a challenging and supportive space for individuals to grow, achieve their goals, better support their teams and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

My coaching and mentoring with Lisa has helped me build confidence in how I feel about my capability and how I approach situations and stakeholders. I have benefitted with being able to self identify ways that can address internal challenges as well as taking direct guidance on how to approach difficult situations based on building trust in Lisa’s judgement and experience. I have been able to apply practical elements as well as soft skills and stakeholder management into my daily role and this has helped with confidence building and acknowledgement of my own credibility.
